Had the best nights sleep Zzzz The bed was so comfy, the pillows so squishy, the duvet so snuggly and the linen so soft .. didn’t want to get out of bed. Best sleep I’ve had in a while. Great location and really clean rooms.
Very tired and in need of an update. However, clean and comfortable plus excellent staff, in both the hotel and the adjoining restaurant.
Absolutely disgusting language from the staff yesterday morning. I was sat in the lobby waiting for the rest of my party and over heard the desk staff, about 4 of them, sat / stood together and discussing each other's 'sleeping habits' with completely inappropriate language and details for a professional environment. I was shocked to also hear how they spoke about another staff using quite harsh and disparaging language. The rooms were clean and had all the emenities you'd expect, however the heating in my room and another of my party was also not working properly. Leading to one of us having an oil heater in their room.
We stay every time we visit my family and could not fault it. We ring in advance to choose a particular area of the hotel and so far we've been accommodated. The staff are all very friendly and approachable. The bar staff are brilliant we always feel so welcome and we have a laugh with them.
Tom was amazing, very friendly, helpful, approachable and good with the kids. Jackie was really friendly, very helpful with a small issue, went out of her way to help. Our stay here has been the best, this is the best premier inn we have stayed in. Thank you

Debbie and Tom on reception are fantastic was having an issue with the WiFi and they sorted me right out, both welcomed me coming in absolutely fantastic 10/10 Hotel is right where I need it 5 mins away from my training facility excellent, room was lovely and clean too
Team members are very accommodating & friendly. Rooms are clean & tidy. It would be good to have a mini fridge.
